The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA)'s functions include conducting environmental impact assessments, preparing statutory policies for environmental protection, preparing guidelines for managing environmental impacts, and providing strategic advice to the Minister for Environment. It's primary mission is to protect the value of this asset for the benefit of current and future generations of Australians.
